A comforting Japanese-inspired lunch centred around a deeply savoury bowl of ramen. Start with yakitori chicken and tempura oyster with pickled daikon and ginger before a rich miso ramen packed with char siu pork, corn, bamboo shoots, sprouts and thick noodles. We finish with green tea ice cream and mochi for a sweet Tokyo-style ending.

An Italian long lunch designed for sharing. Expect golden arancini with prosciutto and stracciatella, delicate pumpkin tortellini with lemon butter and Mostarda di Cremona, and generous sides including caprese salad, rocket and parmesan, and rosemary fried kipfler potatoes. The afternoon finishes the only way it should — with a classic tiramisu.

Geoffs Greatest Hits Vol II

A menu of favourites from chef Geoff Lindsay’s repertoire. Begin with golden beetroot, broad beans and buffalo mozzarella with anchovy grissini before a rich wagyu beef sukiyaki served with mushrooms, daikon and fragrant dashi broth. Dessert is a decadent peanut and butterscotch semifreddo to close the series in style.
